  • Conduct initial and/or in-depth interviews face to face with candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, experience, and potential fit based on job requirements.
  • Record and maintain interview feedback and ratings accurately.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide detailed summaries and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure recruitment practices follow company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR staff to improve interview techniques and candidate assessments.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or interviewing is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates fairly and objectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
