- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field (CPA license preferred).
- At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
