Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its objectives and deadlines are met.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience (Non-negotiable)
- Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, most importantly Microsoft Excel (Non-negotiable)
- Proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule
- Keen with details – able to detect wrong information based on reference materials, e.g., applicant’s ID and application form (Non-negotiable)
- File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using Excel and Word is an advantage
