  • Install and configure computer systems and applications for new users.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the help desk system to improve future support.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in IT support or related fields.

  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
