We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role involves improving the sales funnel, acquiring new clients, training sales executives, and monitoring sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize each stage of the sales funnel to increase conversion rates
  • Generate new leads through networking and outreach
  • Meet with potential and existing clients in-person or remotely to understand their needs and close deals
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives throughout the sales cycle
  • Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing, technical support, and collaboration opportunities
  • Stay updated with the latest offerings and trends in the IT industry
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Track and ensure sales quota attainment across the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
