the Calculation Application Support Engineer will assure a determining role in supporting, setting up, deploying and upgrading Calculation Application software and related components for all customers worldwide starting with DEO / GDP platforms and Export laboratories located in Fast Growing markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in IS support and maintenance, Business Analysis maintenance, System analysis or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize situations
- Ability to understand the business constraints
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Available for emergencies on-call support rotations with other team members
- Capacity of problem analysis, capable of learning by himself/herself and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills, intercultural
- Intermediate Technical Skill on IIS, XML, MS SQL DB
- Amazon (Cloud Computing -AWS) (would be advantaged)
- Requires excellent computer skills and ability to use available technical tools
- Knowledge in network configuration would be a plus
- Learning on the fly
- Customer oriented and good teamwork
