Responsibilities

- Drive market expansion and trading volume growth in the Iran region, achieving measurable market penetration and user engagement;

- Develop and implement localized BD and market strategies;

- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, community leaders, media, and affiliate partners;

- Gather market insights and provide actionable recommendations for growth;

- Collaborate with HQ teams to execute local campaigns, partnerships, and brand initiatives.

Requirements

- Proven BD experience in crypto exchanges or Web3 projects;

- Strong understanding of the Iran market, including user trends and local compliance;

- Established network of KOLs, affiliates, and crypto communities;

- Ability to think strategically and execute independently;

- Proficient in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus);

- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and strong result orientation.
