Trader（YouTube Live Streamer）

Responsible for conducting live trading sessions, market analysis, and audience engagement on YouTube (and other platforms in the future).

Transform live trading strategies into short-form content, and collaborate with operations, editing, and BD teams to drive user growth and conversion.

Candidates should possess real trading experience, a strong on-camera presence, and a sensitivity to content creation.

Preferred: English proficiency.

主要职责（Key Responsibilities）

每周定期主持直播（频次/时长由双方另行协商），直播内容包括但不限于：

市场盘前/盘中/盘后解读、策略演示、模拟或实盘操作示范、观众答疑。

将直播素材进行内容复用：配合内容编辑产出短视频、教学片段、直播精华剪辑并上传至社媒。

能够基于数据与观众反馈优化直播题材与表达方式（话术/切入点/互动机制）。

与运营/社群/BD团队协作，参与活动、联合推广、KOL合作及平台引流策略执行。

遵守合规与平台规范，准确说明风险提示，避免误导性“保证盈利”表述。

定期提供内容计划（周/月），并按要求参与视频脚本/大纲讨论与彩排。

必要时参与品牌/市场沟通、线下活动或社群 AMA。

Host regular live trading sessions (frequency and duration to be discussed), including but not limited to:

pre-market, in-market, and post-market analysis, strategy demonstration, simulated or real-time trading operations, and live Q&A.

- Repurpose live content by collaborating with editors to produce short videos and highlight clips for social media.

- Analyze viewer data and feedback to optimize content themes, presentation style, and audience interaction.

- Collaborate with operations, community, and BD teams on campaigns, partnerships, and traffic growth initiatives.

- Comply with platform and legal regulations; accurately communicate risk disclosures and avoid misleading claims such as “guaranteed profits.”

-Provide weekly/monthly content plans and participate in script discussions and dry runs as needed.

-Occasionally participate in brand or market-related communications, offline events, or community AMAs.

任职要求（Requirements / Must-have）

至少 1–2 年交易经验（加密货币、外汇或现货/期货均可），熟悉技术面（K线、指标）、风控与仓位管理。

具备实际交易记录或可呈现的交易思路/策略案例（可被验证）。

出镜表达能力强，镜头感佳，能把专业内容讲得清晰、通俗。

语言要求：英语流利。

熟悉 YouTube / 流媒体直播流程与常用工具（OBS、Streamlabs 等），或愿意快速学习。

良好的时间管理能力与团队协作意识，能按内容日历输出。

认同公司合规底线，能在直播中合理提示风险。

Minimum 1–2 years of trading experience (crypto, forex, or traditional markets), with a solid understanding of technical analysis, indicators, risk management, and position sizing.

- Proven trading record or demonstrable strategy examples (verifiable).

- Strong on-camera communication skills; confident and clear in engagingly presenting professional content.

- Language: Fluent English.

- Familiarity with YouTube or live-streaming tools (OBS, Streamlabs, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.

- Excellent time management and teamwork skills; able to follow a structured content calendar.

-Strong compliance awareness with the ability to communicate appropriate risk warnings during broadcasts.

在目标区域（如拉美/西语圈、MENA）有社群资源、KOL 联络或行业人脉。

有实际为平台/产品带来注册/付费/转化的案例。

熟悉 Web3 / 去中心化产品、链上工具、交易所产品功能。

Prior experience in live streaming, media hosting, or financial content creation.

- Existing audience or network in relevant markets (LatAm, Spanish-speaking regions, or MENA).

- Proven record of driving sign-ups, conversions, or engagement for a platform/product.

- Familiarity with Web3 products, DeFi tools, and crypto exchange functionalities.

每月短视频产出量（由直播切片）及播放/完播率。

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Live Activity: Consistent streaming schedule with active on-screen participation (target: ~30 hours per week).

Audience Engagement: Average watch time, peak concurrent viewers, and real-time interaction metrics (chat, likes, comments).

Content Output: Number and performance of short-form videos created from live sessions (views, completion rate, audience growth).

User Conversion: New user registrations, trading activity, or deposits driven by live sessions and CTA links.

Community Retention: Viewer return rate, community engagement level, and overall conversion to active traders.
