- Collect and analyze recruitment and website data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and candidate flow.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs like source of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate satisfaction.
- Evaluate campaigns, optimize performance, and report insights to leadership.
- Support hiring events, track adoption of sourcing tools, and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in analytics or related role.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with recruitment platforms and ads (Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
- Understanding of recruitment pipelines, funnels, and campaign metrics.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SQL/Python, ATS systems, or healthcare/recruiting experience.
