Summary:


Seeking Customer Experience Specialists who can deliver excellent online shopping support across multiple marketplaces. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, investigate concerns, and uphold brand performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer service for Amazon 2P/3P and other marketplaces
  • Address inquiries via email, calls, chat, and voicemails
  • Resolve order issues, delays, refunds, and shipment concerns
  • Coordinate with warehouse, pricing, inventory, and supplier teams
  • Maintain strong performance metrics and brand representation
  • Assist in special projects and support the Customer Service Manager

Qualifications:


  • Confident in spoken American English; strong writing skills
  • Able to multitask and navigate online tools
  • Night-shift and weekend-rotation readiness
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable attendance
  • Fresh graduates welcome; CSR experience is a plus
