Web Developer Support

• Develop and maintain websites, including writing/reviewing code, debugging, and creating mobile-responsive designs.
• Conduct regular website testing to ensure quality standards and seamless user journeys.
• Provide technical support and respond promptly to web-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, collaborating with the development team to deliver effective solutions.
• Document issues, processes, and resolutions; prepare user-friendly guides for clients and internal teams.
• Participate in QA processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience in web design/development and custom coding.
• Knowledge of web application functionality, security, session management, and best development practices.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, SEO, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and master new web technologies.
