We’re on the lookout for a motivated Digital Building Engineer (Remote) to ensure clients and partners are delivered and supported with the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics product. Setup & Shift: Remote | Night Shift | Full-Time
Salary: ₱90, 000
Core Responsibilities
- Ensuring clients and partners are delivered and supported with the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics product.
- Collaboratively completing onboarding projects and communicating timelines and milestones to ensure Clockworks analytics fulfills its role in a timely manner at a high level of quality.
- Conducting onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, discovery of data, and organizing for Digital Building Engineers.
- Helping to troubleshoot diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customer’s HVAC equipment.
- Taking requests to review findings and validate the results reported by the software.
- Training and engaging customers and partner users specific to the Data Transfer Service, data
- connectivity, and related networking issues.
- Providing ongoing support of connected Clockworks sites.
What we're looking for:
- Has a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical degree) and an interest in building systems, or has significant field experience in a controls or services company serving the buildings industry.
- Has a certificate or equivalent experience in basic networking or computer fundamentals (must be familiar with firewall, server, basic networking commands).
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable quickly grasping new technologies.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and partners.
- Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree, or 5–6 years related industry experience.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
- Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
- Exposure to BAS networking principles.
- Exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
- Familiarity with metadata applications, such as the use of tags and standards (e.g., Project Haystack).
