- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues facing users.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems via remote access or in person.
- Install and configure new computer systems and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Educate users on basic troubleshooting steps and self-service options.
