Description
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers and printers.
- Document support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in implementing new technology and upgrading existing systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT support.
