Description
- Source candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen applications and conduct pre-interview assessments to find suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and provide feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and manage the recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with various recruitment methods.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in managing the full recruitment life cycle.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
