Description

  • Source candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen applications and conduct pre-interview assessments to find suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the recruitment process through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


Requirements

  • HR RECRUITER- HR STAFF
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, familiarity with various recruitment methods.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Proven track record in managing the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
