About the Program
We are launching a BD Incubation Program designed for entry-level candidates who are passionate about the crypto industry and eager to grow into professional Business Development roles.
No prior BD experience is required — this program focuses on training, mentorship, and real-world execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, communities, and KOLs
- Support BD team in daily outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Help with community engagement, market research, and competitor analysis
- Assist in coordinating campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics
- Learn how trading platforms, referral systems, and BD KPIs work in practice
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in crypto / Web3 / fintech and basic industry knowledge
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
- No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
