Key Responsibilities

• Actively trade on Antarctic Exchange to generate daily trading volume

• Consistently hit assigned daily volume targets

• Maintain disciplined trading and risk management

• Support liquidity and market activity on the platform

• Report daily trading volume and performance

Compensation & Rewards

• Monthly salary + high commission (based on achieved volume)

• Payments in USDT or other stablecoins

• Additional reward points provided by Antarctic Exchange

• These points will be tradable or redeemable for stablecoins in the future

Eligibility Criteria

• Not region-specific (open globally)

• Proven ability to trade crypto markets

• Can consistently hit daily volume targets

• Experience with CEX / DEX trading preferred

• Performance-focused mindset
