Job description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Analyze and diagnose software issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.

- Provide training and support to team members on application functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
  • Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
  • Strong understanding of web application development and architecture.
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Server-Side Web Frameworks
