We’re a growing team built on professionalism, precision, and integrity—and now we’re looking for a capable Finance Controller who can help us sustain our growth while maintaining financial excellence.


Role Overview

You will head the accounting and finance functions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and reliable financial controls. You will also play a vital part in tracking costs, managing inventory, and helping the business improve profitability through clear financial insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation in accordance with PAS/IFRS.
  • Ensure BIR compliance and timely filing of all tax returns and statutory reports.
  • Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Conduct job costing and profitability analysis to support pricing and operational decisions.
  • Manage inventory costing and valuation in a manufacturing/printing environment.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff as the team grows.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy and a licensed CPA.
  • Relevant experience, ideally in printing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PAS/IFRS, BIR regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and monitoring internal controls.
  • Analytical thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Honest, accurate, and able to handle sensitive information with care.
