Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid (On-site in Makati 3–4 times per month)

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. This position supports multiple functions and leadership needs while ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring
• Source and screen candidates for TSR, CSR, Medical, IT, and leadership/support roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP AND PHONE

Fresh Graduates:

• Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience
• Preferably with a degree or background related to Human Resources or a related field
• Willing to learn and develop recruitment and sourcing skills

Experienced Candidates:

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing is an advantage
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Technical & Equipment Requirements:

• Personal laptop
• Mobile phone
• Reliable internet connection at home
