Helpdesk Support Officer

Location: Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor, Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City

Employment Type: Full-time, Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM), Onsite

About the Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, serving some of the largest corporations in Australia.

As a Helpdesk Support Officer, you will handle a variety of tasks requiring careful attention, analysis, and effective decision-making. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, raising and handling work orders, coordinating urgent tasks with contractors, processing invoices, managing sign-off tickets and insurance documentation, responding to email enquiries, and ensuring all jobs are tracked and closed within agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and validate client needs.
  • Take appropriate action to resolve service-related issues.
  • Accurately capture and enter data.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and contractors.
  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met.
  • Track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs.
  • Participate in system and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years experience handling calls and emails.
  • Critical thinking skills to determine the best course of action for resolving service concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email).
  • Strong people skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
