Cashier

We are looking for a Cashier to manage all cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Issuing regular trip advances to drivers and helpers
• Properly accounting and monitoring of cash accountability
• Properly and accurately updating monitoring to ensure cash is intact
• Issuing cash to employee for approved small/petty purchases
• Available for Cashier evening and weekend shifts
• Summarize all issued trip advances on a daily basis
• Keep track on the cash accountability on a daily basis
• Schedule is mid shift 

Requirements and skills

• Preferably a SHS graduate
• Basic PC knowledge (excel)
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Can keep track of large volume of transactions and be able to track cash accountability
• Available for mid shift, night shift and weekend shift
• Open to Agency deployment
