Job Responsibilities

• Agent Development : Responsible for agent acquisition in global markets and driving the onboarding of new agents.(English-speaking Markets / Smaller Language Markets)
• Social Media Operations : Proficient in social media channels of the target market, able to curate and create engaging social content with tailored strategies.
• Relationship Management : Build long-term cooperative partnerships to boost agent loyalty, trading volume and activity levels.
• Market Expansion : Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners and broaden market channels.
• Performance Growth : Drive growth in agent trading volume; achieving pre-set performance KPIs entitles you to additional bonus incentives.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Experience : A minimum of 2 year of BD/commercial experience in cryptocurrency exchanges; candidates with existing industry resources will be preferred.
• Core Competencies : Proficient in client acquisition and relationship management, with sharp market acumen and excellent business negotiation skills.
• Work Mindset : Goal-oriented with a strong drive for performance, and eager to strive for high bonus rewards.
• Communication Skills : Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of efficient communication with internal teams and external clients.
