Responsibilities
- Help drive sales activities to meet revenue goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a primary contact for clients and ensure their needs are addressed
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable ERP or enterprise solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demos based on client requirements
- Support the full sales process from initial discussion to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
- Stay informed about market trends and share relevant insights with clients and internal teams
- Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and basic forecasting reports
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Minimum of 3 years selling SAP or ERP solutions
- Experience with specific ERP products is required
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven ability to build client relationships and manage sales opportunities
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand business needs
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Although this is a remote role, candidates based in Davao are highly preferred as there are plans to establish a physical office in the city in the future
