We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to manage devices, tech systems, CCTV, and digital support across multiple locations. This role also includes IT procurement and light design/editing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain all company devices and assets
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems
- Source and manage IT equipment and office tech purchases
- Provide quick design/editing support (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut)
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT support or tech operations
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware + software)
- Knowledge of Windows, basic networking, and CCTV systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to support multiple branches
