SAP Lead - Enterprise System

A diversified conglomerate with core businesses in real estate, retail, F&B, infrastructure, hospitality, and mixed-use developments is seeking a seasoned SAP leader to drive enterprise systems strategy and support business expansion across its various units.

Description

Reporting to the Head of IT, the SAP Lead will oversee SAP direction, governance, and performance across the Group. This role ensures the SAP platform remains stable, scalable, and aligned with growth initiatives — including new developments, restaurant openings, estate expansions, and infrastructure projects.

The role partners closely with executive and operational leaders to enhance system integration, standardize processes, strengthen controls, and improve enterprise reporting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Map up plans and execute Group-wide SAP strategy and transformation initiatives
• Lead SAP implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts
• Ensure process alignment across Finance, Procurement, Leasing, Supply Chain, Construction, and Asset Management
• Maintain system stability, compliance, and data integrity across all entities
• Strengthen executive reporting and business performance visibility
• Develop and train SAP functional and technical teams
• Manage external vendors, licensing agreements, and ERP-related investments

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive SAP experience, holding a junior executive role
• Experience operating in a multi-entity or conglomerate environment
• Exposure to real estate, retail, F&B, infrastructure, hospitality, or mixed-use developments preferred
• Solid competence in Financial Accounting, Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Project Systems, and Plant Maintenance modules
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide ERP rollouts and integrations
