Junior Project Manager

The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development initiatives. This role ensures projects and service enhancements are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, SLA, and quality standards while aligning with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities across project management, business analysis, software development, release management, change control, and service request management.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve 99% on-time task completion for new projects and enhancements, including SLA compliance for L3 support.
• Oversee SDLC processes from analysis and design to implementation and transition of new or upgraded systems.
• Define and align project scope and deliverables based on organizational capabilities (people, process, technology) and client requirements.
• Drive continual improvement and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, regulatory standards, and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and ITIL.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and knowledgeable in SDLC.
• Experience leading or supporting technical teams; proficient in JIRA.
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledgeable in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, Node.js, SQL), web services (SOAP/REST), and database systems (Oracle, MongoDB, Redis).
