Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support project management, follow up on key action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize and manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive office.
  • Willing to do field works.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive as required for executive errands or meetings.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
