Job Description

  • Conduct surveys and customer need analysis and presenting possible solutions to customers
  • Understanding of a products functionality and possible problems and figuring out a way to handle them
  • Determine the best practice to meet the requirements of the customer
  • Assists the Business Development team with customer related matters
  • Provide technical expertise on products/services
  • Take part in exhibitions, conventions and other events to help in the sale of a product/service
  • Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working and their pros and cons
  • Sending technical specifications to potential customers via the Business Development team
  • Revising and improving technical manuals
  • Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications

  • Proven field service experience; selling skills; creative thinker; able to multi-task; customer centric, friendly and approachable; focused and can pay attention to details
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
  • English literacy and confident in communicating verbal or written English
  • Able to translate technical jargon so that lay people may understand it
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules, well organized and can work under pressure
  • Advance knowledge of aircon and misting/scenting systems
  • Skilled driver with valid drivers license
