Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support an Online Video Sharing platform. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about customer service and digital platforms. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns via phone, chat, or email
- Assist users with account management, content-related concerns, and general platform inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed
Qualifications
- College Graduate (any course)
- Open to Freshers / No BPO experience required
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
