Product Specialist at The Vito Consulting Group, Inc.

Role Overview: You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines. Your goal is to deeply understand how our technology works, demonstrate its value to potential clients, and ensure that our solutions meet the specific needs of each business.

Become an expert on assigned product lines (e.g., Biometrics, Smart Parking, or Security Software).
Conduct "Product Demos" for potential clients, showing them exactly how the hardware and software solve their specific problems.
Assist the Business Development team by answering deep technical questions during meetings and helping to create "Technical Proposals."
Keep track of new features from our global partners and monitor what competitors are releasing in the local market.
Conduct training sessions for both internal staff and clients on how to properly use and configure the products.
Test new hardware or software updates before they are released to clients to ensure they are "bug-free" and ready.

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or any Engineering field).
A strong interest in gadgets, software, and automation. You should be able to learn new technologies quickly.
Comfortable speaking in front of people and the ability to explain "techy" concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Ability to look at a client's problem and figure out which product "feature" is the best solution for them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating product decks and documentation.
