Description
- Provide technical support to users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks.
- Document and follow up on issues through resolution.
- Conduct training for users on new software and hardware.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of computer systems and networking
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple support requests
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working Conditions: May require on-call hours or shift work
