- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 2 years experience in QA/QC works in construction
- Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards
- Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing
- Able to prepare inspection and turnover reports
- Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify material specifications, quality, and compliance with approved standards
- Conduct regular inspections of installation works
- Perform periodic tests on installed roofing and gutter systems
- Maintain inspection logs, quality checks, and daily reports
- Prepare punch lists and follow up on corrective actions
- Conduct final inspections before project turnover
- Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete for client approval
