Quality Control Engineer

Job Description:

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
• In Process Reject Analysis and improvement
• Outgoing Quality Control ( Inspection Sheet )
• Handling a Customer Concern or Claims
• New material assessment ( supplier, material substitute, etc. )
• Technical change Notice : Quality (to formally make process and documents whenever there is any change in 5M and 1E )
• O.A. Documentation Handling of above.
• Continuous Improvement in Quality
• Conduct Quality Training to newly hired Technician or Production Staff
• Conducts Audits of processes being implemented. ( Corrective and Preventive Action. Existing process if being complied, etc. )
• Serve as QMR ( Quality Management Representative ) in preparation for ISO Certification ( Future )
• Reports Monthly Quality Status of ( IQC, In Process Quality and OQC plus other activity associated with Quality ).
• Safety Officer ( Future : to be equipped with Trainings )
• Document Controller ( Main )

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in quality control/quality assurance
• Experience as a 3D Printing Engineer, Technician, or equivalent role
• In-depth understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and processes
• Ability to maintain both equipment and print quality across multiple locations
• Proven ability to train and support external users of 3D printing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose timely solutions
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email, Slack, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience as an equipment service engineer (optional)
• Ability to generate clear, quantitative reports
