Mia Venture Svcs Opc is looking for Event/Administrative Coordinator w/ Qualification as follow:

1. Have a relevant Degree with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing / Finance / Management/ /Communication

2. Good in communication.

3. Event planning and coordination.

4. Must have a experience in emails and coordination.

5. Must have the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach and have a skills in terms of MS Office and Excel.

Possible Duties and Responsibilities of Event/Administrative Coordinator:

1. Assist for bookings of events at Malls, Corporate Conventions and Seminar scheduling to agents.

2. May serves as liaison with clerical support staff for office work and coordination with other agencies.

3. Schedules meetings and answers phone calls.

4. Creates Tracking System for events and bookings to ensure all contracts and details are fully executed prior the events..

5. Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communication needed action to the management.

6. Coordination with the leasing of SM Malls, Corporate and Event Coordination of Sites etc.

7. Process the Payment to the Bank of the sites per Booth Exhibit of the Agents.

8. Coordination with agents regarding the sites request per team of the agents.

9. Process the ingress and egress work permit of the Malls sites online or manual process.
