Job Qualifications
- Responsible for performing wide range of HR functions, ensuring consistent and effective application of policies and procedures across the organization.
- Supports key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance.
- HRIS and Reporting and other HR related tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience across various HR functions, preferably as an HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS applications
- Experience in ISO-certified or manufacturing environments is a plus.
