Store Office Auditor

The Store Office Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, compliance with company policies, and proper store operations. This role focuses on auditing daily reports, monitoring cash handling, and identifying discrepancies in store activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit daily sales reports, cash collections, and transactions
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures are followed
• Identify discrepancies and prepare audit reports
• Conduct store visits and spot audits when needed
• Monitor compliance with company policies and internal controls
• Verify inventory records and assist in inventory audits
• Coordinate with store staff regarding audit findings
• Recommend improvements to prevent errors and fraud
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• Experience in auditing, accounting, or retail operations is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and auditing procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes
• Honest, reliable, and with high integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Willing to do fieldwork/store visits
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
