The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and developing business applications, implementing process automation solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of PCS’s software ecosystem. The role also involves supporting the integration of enterprise systems such as SAP, Power BI, MS Teams, and Odoo, as well as driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across departments.
This position works closely with the IT Lead and Infrastructure Team to ensure applications and cloud platforms operate securely and align with corporate IT standards, cybersecurity protocols, and governance policies.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of workflow and process automation solutions.
- Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Power Automate, or similar tools to streamline business processes.
- Design and develop Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for systems such as SAP Business One and SAP HANA to enable seamless data integration and automated data exchange.
- Develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports using Power BI, and other analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud), to provide real-time visibility into KPIs, operational metrics, and automation performance.
