JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's degree holder

At least 2 years of experience as Sales Manager

Experience working in the same industry is an advantage

Willing to work on site

Willing to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement effective business plans and sales strategies across both B2B and B2C markets. Manage and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners. Analyze market trends, evaluate sales performance data, and generate accurate forecasts.

Build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and industry events. Monitor and control the sales budget, track expenses, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
