Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Manage daily content across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Plan and execute monthly content calendar
• Post consistently (reels, stories, carousels, promos)
• Monitor messages, comments, and inquiries
• Engage with followers to build a strong community
• Regular Product photography on online commerce platforms
• Send Bi Monthly Newsletters from our Brands
• Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Create: Promotional posters (sales, launches, mall events)
• Product highlights (new collections, bestsellers)
• Store visuals (in-store signage, digital displays)
• Ensure all creatives follow brand identity and aesthetics
• Edit photos and videos for social media (short-form content)
• Marketing & Growth
• Develop campaigns to: Increase store foot traffic
• Boost online sales
• Support mall activations and pop-ups
• Collaborate with sales team for promos and launches
• Stay updated with trends (TikTok, reels, viral formats)
• Performance Tracking
• Track and report: Engagement (likes, shares, comments)
• Reach and impressions
• Conversion to sales or store visits
• Suggest improvements based on performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in: Social Media Management, Graphic Design
• Skilled in: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar), Video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.)
• Strong understanding of: Aesthetic branding (especially fashion/jewelry), Social media trends and algorithms
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or fashion industry
• Basic photography or product styling skills
• Experience running paid ads (Meta/TikTok)
