JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and attract new customers. This position intends to analyze market trends, build relationships with clients, and execute promotional campaigns to meet business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Monitor and update compliance of accounts under contract on a monthly basis

2.    Handle requests of Sales Representatives, Area Sales Head, and Sales Manager such as:

  • Rebate - check computation, check if prior approval was given for rebate.
  • Processing of liquidation report - checking, scanning of attached receipts especially reports emailed from our sales representatives located in province.
  • Processing of Travel Advance Request - double check the details versus pre-approved fixed allowance.
  • Memos of Customer Account Number application - check completeness of requirements based on the attached covering memo.
  • Processing of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Activity report of Sales Representatives and Manager.
  • Processing of Memos from various request from Sales Representative, Area Head, Sales Manager.

3.    Prepare all documents needed by Sales Representative, Area Head, and Sales Manager like updated pricelist and price quotation.

4.    Forwarding report from agents to sales representative, area head, sales manager.

5.    Monitoring of counter offer tracker.

6.    Monitoring unserved sales order due to out of stock.

7.     Monitoring and updating of Customer Profile.

8.    Monitoring and updating of Customer master list with discounts.

9.    Handling and filing all documents of sales representative, area head, and sales manager.

10.  Other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

2.    At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar role.

3.    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4.    Proficiency in Marketing tools such as Google sheet, Teams, Excel, etc.

5.    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

6.    Creativity and keen eye to details.

7.     Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.

8.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9.    Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
