Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong TCSP regulatory requirements under the Companies Registry
• Handle licensing matters, including application, renewal, and ongoing obligations
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct AML/CFT due diligence, monitoring, and reporting (including STR filing where necessary)
• Act as the main liaison with regulators and external auditors
• Provide legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders
• Perform regular compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits
• Maintain statutory records and ensure proper corporate governance practices
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
• Support onboarding and periodic review of clients (KYC/CDD/EDD)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance/legal role, preferably in TCSP, corporate services, or financial services
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulations including:
• Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO)
• Companies Ordinance
• Strong knowledge of KYC / AML / CFT frameworks
• Experience dealing with Hong Kong Companies Registry is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
