Product Lead

We are looking for a Product Lead who is both a strategic thinker and execution driver—someone who can define product direction, lead innovation, and turn ideas into impactful, market-ready solutions.

This role plays a key part in shaping our product vision, ensuring every release delivers value, usability, and alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the full product lifecycle (research, planning, development, launch, and optimization)

Define and execute product roadmaps across digital platforms (web, mobile, APIs)

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to align priorities

Maintain product documentation, user personas, and competitive insights

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure product competitiveness

Lead product reviews and present roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership

Ensure smooth product delivery, integration, and performance monitoring

Maintain accurate and updated product backlogs and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years experience in Product Management

Strong background in UX/UI, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Productboard, Confluence

Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data-driven decision-making

Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable product execution

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
