Role Description:
We’re looking for a high-energy, street-smart Business Development & Partnerships lead to be our on-ground presence in the Philippines.
What you’ll do
Identify and close partnerships across healthcare, travel, HR, and platforms
Build inbound + outbound pipelines (affiliates, B2B, integrations)
Own conversations from first reachout → deal closure
Drive revenue through partnerships (not just “meetings”)
Work closely with product/marketing to scale what works
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in closing partnerships or BD deals end-to-end
Comfortable with outbound hustle (LinkedIn, email, cold reachouts)
Strong communication + negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and move fast
Bonus: Experience in healthcare, travel, or international markets
What success looks like
Partnerships signed within first 20–35 days
Clear pipeline built and tracked Revenue or distribution impact from deals
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience as campus ambassador or running campus programs
Personal network of influencers or content creators
Experience in the BPO, healthcare, or travel industry
Own social media following (any size)
Connections in colleges in Cebu or Davao
Ideal Candidate Profile
A scrappy Business Development professional who can source, pitch, and close partnerships end-to-end. Must have 2–3 years of experience with proven deal closures and strong outbound hustle.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with global exposure.
Outcome-driven, commercially sharp, and able to drive real revenue through partnerships.
