Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist customers with technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple way.

Open for Virtual & Walk-in Process || One day process Only

  • Eton Centris, Quezon City
  • Hiring starts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • Must have a Laptop or desktop for Virtual process
  • No Versant | No Svar | No Booplas Assessment
  • 100% High passing rate

Qualifications:

  • At least High School / Senior High School graduate.
  • With or without BPO experience (tech experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills (English)

Salary Package: Up to ₱20,000 – ₱28,000
