Job Description: Recruiter / Headhunter

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Manage job postings and recruitment channels
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process

Qualifications:

• At least a High School graduate
• Background in recruiting or talent acquisition (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
