Own the entire technical architecture
Design and build core trading systems
Develop smart contracts and backend infrastructure
Integrate AI systems for market intelligence
Work directly with the founder to shape product direction
Requirements:
Experience in backend / system architecture
Strong understanding of Web3 (smart contracts / DeFi preferred)
Ability to build from 0→1
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast execution
Startup mindset (ownership > salary)
Bonus:
