Career Support Associate

Work Set-up: Onsite at The Curve, BGC, Taguig
Work Schedule: Fulltime, Nightshift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is under the Career Support Operations department and reports directly to the Career
Support Manager.
Job seeker support
• Review candidate profiles and resumes,
• Search for suitable openings on organization’s career pages or other sources
• Assess strengths and opportunities
• Recommend resume or profile improvements
• Explain employer requirements to job seekers
Employer support
• Coordinate interview schedules between employers and job seekers
• Assist with interview arrangements when needed
• Ensure regular submission of competent and qualified candidates to maximize placements
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school graduate
• 2 years in contact center/customer care service
• 1 year tenure per employer (past 2 years)
• Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
• Skilled in multitasking/tools
• Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1 year sales in US RPO
• 6 months in volume or seasonal hiring
