Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Statistics, or any related field
• Open to fresh graduates
• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management is an advantage
• Experience in a distributor company is a plus
• Willing to work in Pasig City
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Identify market opportunities through research, customer insights, and data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, and leadership)
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs across distribution channels
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness
• Manage product lifecycle from planning, launch, and performance monitoring
• Support sales teams with product training, materials, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor product performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure product availability and quality
• Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting to support business operations
• Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements or enhancements
