System Engineer

The System Engineer is responsible for the design, configuration, installation, and maintenance of security and auxiliary systems such as CCTV, access control, networking, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems. This role involves frequent fieldwork across Metro Manila and close coordination with electricians, technicians, and project teams to ensure systems meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits within Metro Manila with electricians and project teams to assess client requirements
• Perform on-site configuration, integration, and commissioning of systems (CCTV, access control, IDS, fire alarms, and networking)
• Work with Site Managers and technicians to ensure installations comply with technical and safety standards
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain new and existing systems
• Provide routine system health checks and technical support
• Train end-users on system operations and newly installed solutions
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and system configurations
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
• Maintain a professional image when dealing with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with security and auxiliary systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, networking)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems and structured cabling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel and be assigned to various project sites across Metro Manila

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, depending on project requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in system integration and commissioning
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience coordinating with contractors and electricians
